About NoForgetDict

NoForgetDict is an English-learning dictionary and memory-review application operated by 15AM Studio ("NoForgetDict", "we", "us", or "our").

NoForgetDict helps you look up English words and phrases, view AI-generated explanations and translations, save words, review them later, and use available account and premium features.

Accepting these terms

By accessing or using NoForgetDict, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the app or create an account.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your country. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your location, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of NoForgetDict.

Guest use and accounts

You may use certain NoForgetDict features without creating an account, including available core lookup, save, and review features.

An account may be required for syncing saved words and review progress across devices, using premium features, restoring account-based benefits, or storing personal notes across devices.

If you create an account using email and password, you are responsible for choosing a secure password and maintaining access to your email address. You may use the password reset feature if you forget your password.

You are responsible for activity through your account and must not use another person's account without permission.

AI dictionary explanations

NoForgetDict uses third-party artificial intelligence providers, such as Google Gemini, to generate dictionary explanations, examples, translations, memory hints, and related learning content.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. NoForgetDict is intended as a language-learning aid only and should not be relied on for professional, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency advice.

Please do not enter personal, private, confidential, or sensitive information in the lookup box.

Lookups and usage limits

NoForgetDict may apply daily lookup limits, rate limits, or other reasonable restrictions to operate the service fairly, manage costs, and prevent misuse.

Your usage and available allowance may be shown in the app. Limits may vary depending on your account status, subscription, or features available to you.

We may restrict access to online features if activity appears automated, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or designed to avoid usage limits.

Saved words, review progress, and personal notes

NoForgetDict may allow you to save words, track review progress, and write personal notes.

When you use the app without an account, some learning information may be stored only on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data, lose your device, or change devices.

When you sign in and use sync features, eligible saved words, review progress, and personal notes may be stored with your account and synchronized across supported devices.

Your personal notes belong to you. You must not use notes or other app features to store unlawful, abusive, harmful, or infringing material.

Feedback and issue reports

If you submit a report about an explanation or provide feedback, you allow us to review, store, and use that report as needed to operate, troubleshoot, and improve NoForgetDict.

Issue reports may include the looked-up word or phrase, selected language, AI-generated response, your comments, and related technical information. Please do not include personal or sensitive information unless necessary for support.

Premium features and purchases

NoForgetDict offers paid Premium features, which may include increased lookup limits, personal notes, ad-free use, synchronization features, or additional learning tools.

Prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, and any trial terms will be displayed before purchase.

If you purchase Premium through Google Play or the Apple App Store, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through the applicable store, subject to its rules.

Premium access may be connected to your signed-in NoForgetDict account so eligible benefits can be restored or used across supported devices. You are responsible for signing in with the correct account when accessing Premium features.

Deleting the app or deleting your NoForgetDict account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. You must cancel any subscription through the store account used to purchase it. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, subject to the applicable store rules.

Premium features may vary by platform, app version, country, account status, and availability. We may add, remove, rename, or modify Premium features, but we will not intentionally remove access to features already paid for during an active billing period unless necessary for legal, security, technical, or store-policy reasons.

Ads

NoForgetDict may show advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, or rewarded ads. Some ads may be provided by third-party advertising services.

Premium features may include reduced ads or ad-free use, as described before purchase. Ad availability and formats may change over time.

Notifications

If you enable review reminders, NoForgetDict may provide local device notifications to remind you to review saved words. You can disable notifications through the app settings or your device settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NoForgetDict for unlawful purposes; attempt to bypass lookup limits, premium access checks, account restrictions, or security measures; interfere with or overload the app or backend; make excessive automated requests; access another user's data or benefits; or submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing material.

We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or action is necessary to protect users or the service.

Intellectual property

NoForgetDict, including its app design, branding, software, logo, and service materials, is owned by or licensed to 15AM Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use NoForgetDict for lawful personal language-learning purposes, subject to these terms.

You retain ownership of personal notes and feedback content you create, subject to the permissions needed for us to store, sync, support, or process it when you use those features.

Privacy

Your use of NoForgetDict is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use lookup, account, sync, report, notification, and purchase-related features.

Account and data deletion

You may delete your NoForgetDict account and associated account data through the account settings in the app. If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion using the instructions on our Account Deletion page.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting the account.

When an account is deleted, we will delete associated synced account data unless retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or another legitimate purpose described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. You must cancel any active subscription separately through the applicable store.

Third-party services

NoForgetDict may rely on third-party services, including Supabase for authentication, backend hosting, and data storage; third-party AI providers, such as Google Gemini, for AI-generated explanations; Google or Apple for optional sign-in; advertising providers where ads are shown; and Google Play or the Apple App Store for app distribution and purchases.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to the app or terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of NoForgetDict from time to time, including features, limits, premium offerings, or supported platforms.

We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or ask for renewed agreement.

Disclaimers

NoForgetDict is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI-generated explanations will always be accurate or complete, that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that synced or locally stored learning data will never be lost.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 15AM Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, NoForgetDict, including reliance on AI-generated content or loss of locally stored learning data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or applicable consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using NoForgetDict at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to account-based or online features if you violate these terms, misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits or security measures, or where necessary to protect users or the service.
