Delete your NoForgetDict account

NoForgetDict is operated by 15AM Studio. You can permanently delete your account and associated synced data directly in the app.

Delete your account in the app

Open NoForgetDict and go to Settings.
Under Account, tap your signed-in email address.
Tap Delete account.
Read the warning and confirm deletion.

Your in-app account deletion request is processed immediately after confirmation. The app also removes locally stored saved words, notes, and review progress from that device.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@noforgetdict.com from the email address connected to your NoForgetDict account. Use the subject Delete my NoForgetDict account.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. Verified email deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account and sign-in record Your NoForgetDict authentication account is deleted.

Synced learning data Synced saved words and review progress associated with your account are deleted.

Personal notes Synced personal notes associated with your account are deleted.

Entitlement data Account-linked Premium entitlement records stored by NoForgetDict and recorded legal acceptances are deleted. Google Play or Apple may retain purchase and subscription records under their own policies.

Local device data If you delete your account in the app, it also removes locally stored saved words, personal notes, and review progress from that device.

What may be retained

No additional retention period is applied to account-linked synced learning data once account deletion is completed, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Operational records that are not stored as part of your account, such as shared cached dictionary explanations, anonymous daily-limit records, or issue reports you previously submitted, may be retained as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Support correspondence or records needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations may also be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your NoForgetDict account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. Cancel any active subscription separately through the store account used to purchase it.
